The personal part of the process. The team stayed on top of everything. They answered phone calls after hours, when they were sick and not at work and even on vacation. Will continue to work with Chidk and his team in the future.

Everything on the buyers end went super smoothly and when we had some issues with the seller at the very end - Chuck and tean team were proactive, flexible and able to pivot to get us to the closing table on time.
