Great communication and teamwork
Chuck and his team worked very hard to get my loan done in a timely manor. Every question I had was answered quickly. I was a first time buyer and knew very little about the process and they walked me through the whole thing.
Chuck was very honest and considerate when discussing my options. He helped me for several months on me working on my credit. When it was time to buy a home he made it very easy and help make it more exciting than stressful.
