    Our closing date was pushed multiple times, causing concern on all dated paperwork. Chuck was excellent at advising us of upcoming deadlines and worked to help us maintain are preset goals.

    Only two things I have that could have made the experience better were the biweekly savers program--if you are doing a refi you should not have to wait 6 months and make another 6 on time payments and end up a month ahead on your mortgage....
