In spite of all the virus stipulations and the problems associated with all of that, you and Romona managed to pull it all together and I got a loan. Thank you.
It was a very easy process. Everything was explained at the beginning and we ended up with an even lower payment than expected!
Christopher was really helpful with us throughout the process. He is very professional and patient with all of my questions and concerns.
Our refi was completed in the height of the pandemic and still was complete. It took a little longer, but they got it done!
Christopher is very unprofessional, lacks customer service, does not communicate with clients to update them on whats happening on the account, is confrontational, and rude.
