Very easy to get my home refinanced. Signing e-docs to having the notary come to me.
Besides the team being personable they are responsive and competent. Very clear hand offs as the loan moved to completion
Christopher was very knowledgeable of the refinancing process and promptly returned all phone calls and emails. He made this normally somewhat tedious process a lot quicker and easier :)

He would not return phone calls at all. I got no updates on the loan. He signed us up and after that he disappeared. I had to call multiple times and talk to other people to get answers. It made for a very frustrating refinance.
I thought Chris was great. Very straightforward with the info and always available to talk. My only issue is when our refi went to underwriting. The back and forth, requests or more info, etc. seemed excessive and really pushed the timeline...
