Not in regards to Chris, but the process in general- kept asking for more information. Usually info they already had or didn't really need. Took months. I don't think any of this was Chris' fault but the underwriter.
Great communication
The entire experience for re-financing with Planet was quick and easy from the first phone call to signing the closing docs. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable.

Updates on loan status. Applied in March, closed in August. Sometimes there were weeks without communication. We often wondered what was going on or taking so long.I understand delays can occur, but not if we are not informed.
The details of the information given to me regarding the transaction were very comprehensive and helpful. Also the very descriptive emails containing the refinancing documents were excellent.
Not have warren helms do refinancing. It was great once Emily Henson took over my refinance she rocked it I wish I would have started with her.
