Needed to be done
Everything was discussed with me in a manner that I could understand. The communication was great they returned calls answered questions and ensured I received information and connections as appropriate.
Paperwork process was manageable and consistent communication though the process either by phone or email.
1. Not mentioning that the appraisal could be possibly be waived. I would have rather had the nice surprise of it actually being waived rather than being told that we could see if it could possibly be waived.2. It took 8 weeks to refinance...
