It took longer to refinance the house than it did to do the original mortgage. I had to keep asking for status, updates, see if they needed anything because I wasn't kept in the loop.
Christopher was very informative and very helpful. Loved his professionalism.
Everyone was professional and had great advice for me.
Communication about the process was the key.

Donna Hughes was a gem to work with! Great communication and always available for any questions I had.
