Was updated regularly on how the process was moving forward
The ease of communication and sharing of information made this process easy. Would definitely recommend Christopher and Kristy to all of my friends and family.
Excellent mortgage company from start to finish everything went smoothly.
Chris was easy to work with and kept me informed of pertinent information throughout the refinance process.
I ask multiple times 4 someone 2 call text or email and nobody would respond !
nothing at all but forcing some one to write something is not a good Idea
Christopher walked me through the loan process from beginning to end. He explained to me all documents I needed to provide. Responded to emails and calls right away.
Great customer service!!!
Communication would have been nice. At first, Mr. Spigel was really helpful, but as the process went on, he seemed annoyed to be helping us (not answering our phone calls, answering our questions, etc).
All involved were very helpful.
The process with Chris was great. Once it got past him into review, underwriting, etc. with Jennifer Stackhouse the experience wasn't good. Almost zero communication or updates unless I requested it. I even had to ask what the next steps were,...
