It was a fair offer for my refinance and Chris kindly helped me see from other offers that plants home lending was giving the best offer in all aspects.
It should not be difficult to reach an agent via either phone call or emails. Agents should be reachable ot respond to voicemails or emails. Response to email was almost non existent. Communication is a 2-way street.

I was under the impression that two mortgage payments would be deferred upon closing. My husband and I largely based our decision on this, but that was not communicated effectively. Other than that, everything went quite smoothly. Thanks.
Processing time was longer than expected. Everything else was a great experience
