great communication and easy process
Christopher was very informative and patient with me in helping me through the process. He knew exactly what to do so we were able to get everything started and finished without hassle.
The closing coordinator did not communucate at the end. I was told there would be no cash to close, when I inquired about it, no one got back to me. So I closed with that unanswered question and paid what was due to close.
Christopher was so patient and professional at all phases of our business. I really appreciated him taking the time to repeat what I didn't understand and not making me feel inadequate.
The process was quick and easy.
