Answered all my questions and got me through what seemed to be a little more difficult of a refinance
Christopher worked with us to help us make the correct decision to meet our needs and kept in contact with us thru the entire process. It was a very satisfying experience.
It was quick, pretty concise, minimally problematic, and did not stall out. I appreciated the efficiency with out sacrificing the professionalism or personalized service.
The fact that they reached out to me to refinance at a lower rate really made my year 2019 to be GREAT! The refinance loan is called the FHA STREAM LINE LOAN. The qualifications is easty. Please check into it. Thanks Planet!
Actually I feel that Chris was better than "Just Ok" Getting a hold of him was difficult at times. Sometimes it would take a while to get a response. The refi process for me was about a 5 1/2 month process. This seems a little long. Overall...
