Great.
Communication about us being in different states for the between people was not great. It caused issues with the closing.

Communication was extremely poor.
If he had been communicated with us during this refi experience. Unfortunately, we should have received a better rate, than the 2.75. Now we have to wait 270 days, before we are allowed to take advantage of lower rates.
