Christopher was great in the beginning. I was rushed to close a loan that a previous lender could not. He was optimistic and got things going. However, the process was very cumbersome and didn't ned to be through this process. Communication...

I was told certain things would happen certain ways, they did not. He does not call me back when he tells me he will. The whole Heloc loan has been a total disater. Im still waiting to hear from him when he said he would call me back on wednesday....
