Chris Pack was always professional and prompt in replying to inquiries. The process was tedious but Chris was respectful of our frustrations and always worked to get us answers

It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of ANYONE when we got the the point of truing to get the loan closed. I would call multiple times and not get any call back for days.

Chris and his team was amazing in working with us on closing the loan. They were very quick with the process. I would highly recamend then to anyone looking for a great mortage company.
