It was Chris and Jean both that made it great. Every time I had a concern Chris was able to get back to me fairly quickly. And was able to explain thing so I understood. He was absolutely wonderful.

Our solar project was first involved with loan, then rolled over into mortgage. Solar has yet to to be turned on because installers haven't got the county inspector to inspect and turn on.
Not so much you but the payoff of my original mortgage took way to long and did not notify me until a couple of weeks later that you were having trouble with contacting me.
All of the customer service employees were very professional. I was a bit concern because it took so long but after an explanation for Chris I got okay. Thank you for all you did.
Chris was great. He was always in contact with me, answered all my questions. He guided me through the whole process. Everyone at GoodLeap was friendly and very helpful. Best experience ever!
