I didn’t have much knowledge on how to purchase a home. But Christine and the rest of the staff guided me and explained it throughly all along the way.
My interest rate went up because of mis-communication. Loan Agents should be on top of issues of what is discussed with clients.
Despite the pressure from the seller that time was running out to close the deal, Ms. Perlow and her able staff remained calm and provided the Closing Disclosures at a record time. They are truly professionals.
