The loan processor was hard to get ahold of and I feel like sometimes delayed the process. It took us a long time to get any updates on the status of our loan and we had to constantly email for updates rather than be kept in the loop.
Most work was handled by you guys and we were constanlty reassured that things were moving in the right direction
