Chris is always available, you have his personal cellphone and I was able to reach him on Sunday and get preapproved. The seller got another offer that day, and if Chris was not able to get me preapproved, I would have lost this house I’m in...

The extension fees at about 30 dollars a day was not told until the time needed. Should of Been told To us in beginning. And the cancel loan and wait 30 days was not explained up front.
