    Waiting until last minute which I know it waiting on response but but for first time home buyer it’s out of control for answers. Only do what can be done at that point and time.

    Christian did a great job taking care of my clients! The buyers were FHA w/DPA and that is tough in this market. He got them a great product w/ little money to the table! I have recommended him to others as well.
