The process was longer than I expected. At times, additional information requirements were not clearly explained. Thus, it took a number of attempts to get the information in the format needed to complete the loan.
Chris was very responsive to any and all questions. He seemed to be in his office 24/7. he kept me informed of where we were in the process with an innovative program tool.
