Responsiveness to questions
Chris was very polite and friendly. He was always a joy to speak with and was very knowledgeable. He was willing to answer questions night and day. He did a superb job handling our loan.
Chris was always available through all steps of the house buying process. He made sure he had all the necessary information from us to ensure we stayed in our budget regarding mortgage payments. And, he is polite and easy to talk to!
Chris was awesome to work with! He was very patient and understanding with our situation. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends and work with him in the future!
