constant communication with me and quick to answer any questions. Also took the time to explain things to me when i did have questions.

Better communication and the ability to actually sit down in person (I understand that, that is difficult due to COVID).

Chris explained a lot to me when I was confused and got me on track.

Communication and the realtor needing more knowledge in the of processing for purchase, I felt lost had no one to guide me I had to ask other people for help.

It was great to have someone always available to speak with during the whole process and Jeff was amazing with all the answers I needed
