Everything was timely and the communication was very good~

Communication was difficult. I found myself very stressed at times because I wasn’t receiving answers to my questions. Movement didn’t communicate with my realtor at all. It felt like I was responsible for putting in work to make connections....

Advise and more information on the different types of mortgages. Fixed vs. ARM and less upfront cost.

Communication was lacking. I felt left in the dark many times. If I move again, I will choose a different mortgage company.

Chris and his team went above and beyond to make sure we could buy our dream home!

I left messages with Christopher, that were never answered or he would text back he was in a meeting, or eating dinner and would contact me back shortly... that shortly never came. All paperwork should be ready at least 24 hr prior to closing....

Communication. Waiting till the last minute to do especially the morning of and an hour before hand is not okay.
