The "OK" experience was largely out of the mortgage team's control. The amount of investigation for a family gift was a bit off putting but I understand those were requested by the underwriter and not related to the team.
Chris is an excellent communicator and is always one step ahead on everything. I've closed several loans with him over the years and I wouldn't use anyone else.
