    Chris was excellent, response time very quick, approval turn around is Quick nothing is dragged out. When it came time to fund it was even Quicker lol I will be sending Chris future clients and love the available programs

    Chris breakdowns the financing so well and even found another credit for the buyer that was helpful towards reducing the closing costs. He’s always available to talk to and will call you back within 15 minutes if he misses your call
