Chris went above and beyond to help get this deal to the closing table. Great communication the entire time.
Test- process went very well though
There were a couple of times where i feel communication could have been better (with the first loan officer, Chris was great).
They made everything easy communication was awesome.

Original loan officer I worked with (not Chris) wasn’t very knowledgeable, even though he frequently reminded me he had been working in the business for 20+ years. He was like a used car salesman and never followed up with questions I had.
