    the circumstances of this purchase were complicated and their was various miscommunications between multiple parties that were handle with patience and understanding.

    Took a few points off because while Chris was quick to respond to emails sometimes (sometimes minutes, sometimes 2-3 hours), he never picked up my calls or returned them. So there was a lot of back and forth over email to clear up misunderstandings...
