    Willingness to work w/us on specific cash out options that worked best for us rather than being inflexible. Personal touch much better than dealing w/a larger lender.

    Chris is always very personal and there when you need him. Chris and his team took the challenge of a 45 day closing and got it done two weeks ahead of time! I would highly recommend Chris and his team to everyone!
