I know my situation was a bit unique and two title companies were involved. Clearly, the title companies were not talking to each other. Ultimately, that is on them, but FFBKC should have been staying on top of things to make sure all parties...

Chris was prompt in responding to both phone and email contacts. He was able to answer all of our questions and made the process of a construction loan organized and comfortable.
