Chris and team are tge BEST! Closed on my 2nd home yesterday. The team he has around him is excellent, great communication, he gets it done.
He works hard to get you thru underwriter he'll, we closed in 22 days, BAM!

Recognition that most borrowers do not know what all the terms and numbers mean. Very rarely were the terms explained to me or why are they entailed.

Chris was very communicative and ALWAYS answered my texts/calls, even with the time difference between states. He made me feel very comfortable from the loan standpoint and explained in depth anything I did not understand.
