There was a lot of issues with part of the loan process that required verification of documents that was given and apparently never got gave to the right person. At one point i I told my realtor that I was ready to just walk away.

Thinking since our transaction took place during the transition from Summit to Cross Country, things be came more complicated than perhaps they will going forward. The biggest problem was conflicting instructions on how to handle key items...

1 we had little contact with you chris2 I feel like you should have been more up front with the change of morgage companies and the challanges involved3 your team did not communicate well with us I realize you were in a transiton transition...

Kloc always comes through even with a change in company and some glitches there, he still pulled off what he needed to pull of
