Chris and his team made our first time home buying experience the best part of buying a home. Everyone was very patient and understanding and able to help when we had questions (and believe me we had a lot!!)

At the time of appraisal we brought up the fact that the appraiser marked it a townhome & under appraised the rental comps & we brought that up, no one said to worry them a day before our close date the insurance was wrong, the lender was waiting...
