How fast the whole experience went from the frist hone call the appraisal and the final closing and the time it took for the loan to reach my bank

Chris did his best to keep us in the loop but the process was very long related to various barriers and hoops we had to jump through. The loan processor did not communicate well or timely. We often had long periods of no contact or updates...
