we had a detailed explanation about the loan process through out the Process and we had different options to choose in order to complete the full process.

The whole process just felt a little impersonal. It also sometimes took some time to get an answer back when we reached out with questions.
Chris hit all our contract dates and got us to closing on time, thank you!
