Chris Davis did a fantastic job, answered questions when I had them, would call me back with answers when he got answers. I'm sure others at NAF worked on things I do not know about, but my contact with others was not nice. It took a long time...

I felt like. I was not kept in the loop as much as I would have liked. I feel I had to call and ask about status, especially appraisal. Appraisal company said same thing to Me. Overall , I feel like i wasnt a priority. Not a positive reflection...

Better communication. I had no idea where I was in the loan process, what interest rate, loan type, and you wanted 16k in closing costs. I'll take my business else where next time.
