You need to eliminate the constant requests for more information when the file is sent to the underwriter . It was very upsetting to have to get constant requests for more information.

My questions were answered as I was very cautious about doing the loan.
Chelsea took the time (and it took some time) to make sure I was comfortable and all questions answered before I was ready to move forward with the loan.
