It was great experience! Only thing Inwish they would have sent the checks directky tk who I was paying off or deposited the entire Amy so that I could pay online. Mailing checks in was more steps I had to complete.

All involved in the refinance process were undersanding of what was needed. There were just a few times where paperwork seemed to be asked for twice but when recieved, paperwork went by more smoother. It may have taken a little longer then...
