Lack of communication due to me not having long distance. E-mail is fine but the time that it is sent to the time it is received can take over 24 hours. I cannot fault Mr. Turner for that except that it took a week longer than normal I suspect...

We followed the advice of Charles from the beginning of the process to the end. So because of that we ended up closing 5 days ahead of the expected closing date! Would highly recommend using Amerisave and Charles!
