Charles was very well informed with my home purchase. He made his self available at all times and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Charles to anyone buying a house.
Charles knows the ends and outs of the loan process and was very knowledgeable. He made sure to get all the information he needed from me in a timely manner and got me the information I needed as well.
The entire process was done remotely via phone and email. Charles was very helpful and resourceful at all times. We appreciated meeting Charles at the closing and being able visit in person and thank him for his assistance.
