speed and accuracy of paper work was remarkable. plus the communication was excellent.
A lot of things were not communicated clearly or in a timely manner, waiting until the end of a day to ask for items. Also, emailing things in an encrypted fashion that could not be opened at all, not by myself or my realtor.
