Chris Bennett with prosperity mortgage did a wonderful job taking care of my client. Not only did he explain the process throughout and answer many questions, he made sure the loan went through smoothly and came to closing.

Jackie helped my clients save $ with their VA Loan and they still closed on time despite it being their second look lender. They were very happy with the process.

James communication was not good, especially if he didn't have good news Had to eventually get his manager involved . There were constant delays I had no confidence by the end that he knew what he was doing We had two different loans going...
