It was fabulous. Rachel was very thorough and knowledgeable and it was not an easy loan and the buyers were not accessible all the time so she jumps through a lot of hoops. She was awesome. I couldn't ask for more!

Bart was always readily available, or would drop what he was doing, to attend to my buyer's needs for a pre-approval letter on a weekend. He's patient and friendly with all of his clients!
