It felt like I was rushed to get the paperwork and submission completed quickly. When it came to getting my paperwork approved and completed it didn't seem like there was any rush to get it approved.

it was nothing that GoodLeap did, it was the fact that I am not computer savvy, and had a tough time in downloading photos and such. That was the only thing that made it just OK for me
