Chad was absolutely wonderful during our home buying process! He went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, the whole transaction was handled thoroughly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The process went very smooth, all questions were answered quickly. He and the team kept me updated on the status as we went thru the process.
The final amount at closing was not accurate. The Title company will issue us a check for the difference. But it's better than if it were the other way around!
