Chad is easy to work with and got me a cheaper monthly payment in the end.
Closing took 2 months, still have not completed everything.
Even though Chad his team were very busy with a high volume of loans he was very transparent on the timing of the process and always quick to respond to questions. Very good experience overall. Would recommend Chad to anyone.
Doing everything via email didn’t make things easy but communication and response time made the process easier as I didn’t have to wait days for a response specifically when it came down to the critical time to close the loan
