They did what they said they were going to do. My only complaint is that in the emails you sent asking me to rate your service, it addresses me as Alesandra - which is not my name.
Chad laid out all my options such that I understood the pros and cons of what we were doing. And, he’s fast and wasted not one moment of my time.
