    Chad is very knowledgeable about mortgages, easy to communicate with, returns calls in a timely fashion and answers questions in a clear and concise manner. He seems to sincerely care about his clients their needs.

    Chad was a great help and I would definitely recommend seeing him to any first time home buyer. He was great at explaining what was happening every step of the way so I never felt lost during my time working with him.
