Chad was very communicative with both the customer and the Realtor as to our progress throughout the transaction. Very professional to work with.
Chad is a great communicator, geninely cares and works hard for his clients.
I didn't have to do anything besides gather some documents, and sign papers. Everything else was taken care of.
