I just did not have as good of an experience as I did the first time.
The first time Chad helped me it was great but this time not so much but it's ok I would still work with him in the future.
Chad watched the rates closely and locked me in at the lowest rate during the time I was working with him. Always pleasant to talk to during our communications!
